Goodbye Charan

I really wanted to see @Charan on Exilecon =/ as one of the main guests.
GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever.

This is coming straight from the heart <3

"BTW if you're one of the pissed off or even nonchalant players, feel free to not clutter this thread with lazy or vacuous responses. I bothered to do this; you should bother to engage with it intelligently or not at all. I will no longer be responding to posts that miss something in this one. I worked too hard getting it all down to just repeat myself later. It's all here. So read and read carefully, or refrain from commenting.

I have to take a few deep breaths before doing this, because I'm about to piss a lot of people off with what I think is one of my best posts ever. Devs are going to hate this because it involves a fair bit of work; players are going to hate it because it fucks with their precious end-game, about which I do have more authority to speak than I let on, but still not enough to DEMAND this change."

He was a spoiled guy playing around with money I highly doubt he earned himself. He had a seriously huge ego coupled with a serious lack of intelligence. I am glad I am not the only long timer who remembers that clearly. I have a feeling many more feel that way but keep silent out of fear of being flamed by his sycophants.
Keep PoE2 Difficult.
I won't miss charan, his ego was too big to fit in the forum. It was just impossible having a conversation with the guy who wants to be right 100% even when he's wrong.

He would then write novels as comment that were just stalling for his lack of common sense or to hide the fact that he was totally clueless about the topics he was talking about.

Not a great guy all around, he was rather toxic to be honest.

We all know that rich kid that felt superior to other because his parents were rich and he came from a rich family... Charan was a lot like that. He didn't had an inch of respect for anyone here.

You mean dungeons in their RPGs? Every good dungeon ever has traps.

Hard to do that well in a PC ARPG. It definitely wasn't done well in PoE.
Wash your hands, Exile!

The problem was that Labyrinth traps were designed with the vision of recreating a Mario-like obstacle course, which doesn't really work well in PoE's gameplay and controls. The Temple of Azoatl when it has traps are placed in such a way that seem much more like dungeon traps.
Hmm. Quite the grand exit. Every time I return from a break these forums get a little more depressing, fewer recognized names creating interesting posts with any thought behind them, whether I agree with them or not. *sigh*
Goodbye Charan
