ya, no one here can afford any of that in delirium yet so it will feel a lot weaker. if you can afford it then you are probably clever enough to find your own setup and make something work.
SSF HC Delirium rank 1 was a necro for a long time so it's definitely playable in some version. just gotta play a different variation while you farm up currency and gear pieces to switch back to a setup like this. don't expect to be able to copy brunowa's pob into delirium and experience anything like in the video.
