All makes sense, How do you recommend keeping the maximum wither stacks on the bosses? Do you prefer spell totem support linked to wither. Or do you prefer Withering step? or just the plane skill of wither that requires you to channel??

A combination between either Spreading Rot (Wither from Blight) + Withering Step or Spreading Rot + Spell Totem/Wither seems to be the best solution. Having only one way of applying Wither will not suffice since the stacks have individual durations. I don't recommend selfcasting Wither since you could instead channel Blight with the Spreading Rot jewel. ;-)

Why are you running +1 curse? I see only temp chains in your PoB.

Witchfire Brew Flask gives us a temporary level 21 Despair Curse.
The guide has been updated for the upcoming 3.11 expansion, Harvest. If you have any questions or concerns, my social links can be found on page one!

Nice to see this updated for Harvest. Do you plan on updating the leveling trees for the PoB?

I played your build with some success 2 leagues ago, i definitely go for it this league. Just a question is this big changes between SSF builds and trade league builds ? I don't plan to play in SSF :)

League start is the same in both trade and SSF basically since no items exist. Later on you can get some upgrades like e.g. you can socket an Intuitive Leap above Lord of the Dead and allocate Mystic Bulwark + Prodigal Perfection (you can then anoint something else like e.g. Hunter's Gambit).

There are several places where Thread of Hope (Large) is great. Check below spoiler for some pictures of what you can do!

Spoiler
Intuitive Leap reaches Mystic Bulwark, Prodigal Perfection and Blast Radius

Thread of Hope (large) reaches Spiritual Aid, Discipline and Training and Amplify

Of course, if you want to use these you'd have to either specc out of some other clusters or level beyond 90. You have some flexibility in that.

Crown of the Inward Eye should be available quite soon as well and is a good replacement for the standard-ish Hubris Circlet. Max roll Crown gives about 170 extra life and 9% more DoT DPS. The best in slot helmet will still be a Hubris Circlet with -9% Chaos Resistance to nearby enemies, though.

And you of course have easier access to uniques like Witchfire Brew. ;-)

What passives should i take instead of the non-existing overpriced large cluster jewels?
