Water causing lag and graphical glitches

Yeah I had posted about this issue for some time now since the beginning of the league (Reef Map boss was deemed unplayable and I've yet to complete this one map on my Atlas, also occurs in Act 1 whenever I roll a new character). Really would like this issue to be dealt with before the league is over.
