Exception [Present]

Hello GGG,
I also got this "Present" crash a couple of times today. I think the problem may relate to minimap or the fog of war. Everytime I relog to the game after the crash, the whole map of my last instance is fully revealed. Hope it helps. |

Been getting this crash several times now since Legion came out, very random and there doesn't seem to be any pattern as to what could be causing it.
I've had crashes while mapping, leveling and just loitering in my hideout, each time its a black screen with Exception [Present]. Setup is: Ryzen 2700X AMD R9 Fury X Windows 10 Pro |

Same problem and nothing seems to fix it.
Tried everything from formating my computer to reinstalling the game and backtrack drivers, nothing works. Can we get any answer from GGG? Even if its "We dont know" |

GGG, i have to say, i having this same issue since legion patch! please give us a fix ! i want to play as gods demands!

This problem started for me yesterday, after playing without any problems so far in Legion.
Along with this problem I got glitching in graphics, artifacting and even BSOD. Even got problem outside of PoE (in windows). Ran tests etc and finally decided to swap out to my old GPU. Now I haven't got any problems related to this exception (nor graphic glitches). In my case, my GPU seems to be dying, and I'm taking it back to the store tomorrow. System with the problem: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F GAMING Intel Core i7-9700K ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 8GB DUAL Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB (2x8GB) / 3000MHz / DDR4 / CL15 Samsung 970 EVO series SSD 250GB M.2 My old GPU I put in again: ASUS GeForce GTX 970 |

for me it crashes when it starts to play the GGG intro video.
