An Update Regarding Delve and Betrayal Content

So in simpler words, another whole league with intervention lag spikes?

yes.. at least they come up front and say that people will experience lag regardless for all of legion 1 week before.. so they can decide if play it or not.
"Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."

Once you break the cycle of fear no angels or demons can whisper you their sweet nothing words.

Pretty hyped for legion.
Others have outlined many potential QOL improvements.
I suspect many of these are planned for 4.0.

Don't hate the 808
As much as I love Betrayal content, the Syndicate lag when first entering a map has to be addressed ASAP. I'm playing a build that has no problem killing syndicate members, but I still get ganked by Intervention mobs while frozen from the lag. Losing 10% of xp every other map with Betrayal mods ruins an otherwise component of the game.

Just address this one painful issue and players will gladly wait for the rest.

Sorry for the long post here, I dont want to seem rude.
I am not happy with this forum news. They can just put Sulphite and Betrayal contents as shared account-wise right now. It requires almost zero time to achieve such a simple change. I cannot really understand why they are procrastrinating this... This game is full of little easy possible changes that come with literally zero drawbacks or risks. They could just use one-two members of the team to focus on QoL changes. The list is wide:

1. sulphite/betrayal shared account-wise
2. betrayal lag
3. delve stash tab (just use the prototype published on reddit)
4. more free stash tabs for new players as achievements for league play
5. improvement to guilds and guild stash tab (just make tab change position as with personal stash, so easy to do, so useful for players) and possibly add an info log to display who is taking and putting inside items (very easy as well)
6. more useful tutorials for noobs in the help panel
7. put 3 choices when you enchant a piece of gear in the lab
8. slightly increase map drops (10-15% would be more then enough)
9. fix remove-only map stash tab in standard (insanely easy i guess?)
10. add more party allocation systems (like all loot to map owner, very useful for leech parties; again, very very easy to do, very useful for certain players)
11. you could also add a matchmaking that can create party with 1 aurabot, 1 cursebot, 1 more support, 2 dps, 1 tanky boy (this is hard to do maybe, but pretty obvious solution to incentivize party play).

I could go on with other little suggestions... but I guess GGG prefers to lose time creating thousands of outcomes for synthesised items... If GGG does not pay attention to QoL and UI design they could be easely beaten by Diablo 4 later, if that turns out to be a decent game. Blizzard has made shitty games recently, but they really care about details, while PoE looks so "unrefined". New content is not the only thing that matters, quality of life is even more important, and will make noob players more likely to keep playing, reducing frustration. That said, I like PoE as a game and I really appreciate the effort of the team, even if I can't really understand many of their choices when it comes to these topics.

Very much concur with this especially the first 3 points. Shared delve and betrayal progress should be fairly straightforward to implement. Just use the highest progression on each character similar to how Atlas progression was chosen previously during league migration to standard.
im happy your taking a stand for your employee's a rushed product always ends in failure. Im glad to see that things are moving along your guys are in the right place just stay here with the community and work with us players and everything will sail on for what i hope to be years to come. Very happy to hear that delve is getting something its the best thing you guys have introduced yet and cant wait to see what else you guys come up with
I feel like temporary removal of betrayal intervention would be a good choice since that seems to be the only that manages to kill you while you get the betrayal spawn lag.
Nice, thank you!

Apparently, though, that has to wait until 3.8... which is a real shame, because instantly-fatal Betrayal lag may just keep me from playing 3.7 at all.

or you could play SC.

just sayin'.

if it's a fight between me getting to play my favorite game and and me showing off my epeen, I know what wins for me.

I do play SC. Losing 10% of my level progress to a 100% unavoidable technical issue still sucks badly enough to discourage participation. "Epeen" has nothing do with anything here.

if you cant play these features with any skill, then it sucks.. specially flicker.. you cant play flicker strike in delve and synthesis.. thats just b****hit, like.. "oh yeah we have 120 skill but if you dont play this one or that one, you cant do the things in the game" the nice part in poe is the freedom to build whatever you want, but if you take that out.. theres the fun in poe going to the hole
meta sucks, dont create stuff for 5 skills only.. do the thing to the whole game and players
