Warning To All: Don't Place Bottled Faith into Unique Stash Tab!!!

I just got 1 dropped from Cortex and it went missing right after I put it into my unique stash tab.
TLDR: To play it safe, don't put your valuable uniques into the unique tab. You might not be able to access them. EDIT: Video showing the bug: " Basically unique flasks that I place into the tab will now become inaccessible. As seen in the video, although I have the flask, opening the tab does not show them. Mouse over Bottled Faith shows that I do not own them. Which is false. Now, if I try to place any unique flask (that I have previously placed in it), those missing flasks will now show up as owned. The box will be lit up but there is no item image on them. Hovering mouse over those items will display the stats but there is no way I can move them back into my inventory. Changing the filter to display only "Owned" items will have these missing items listed in the tab. There are also some items (e.g. Vinktar in this case) that I own but they will show up as unowned (which is false) instead. While testing this bug, I have already made a few of my flasks inaccessible. EDIT 2: Managed to retrieve my Bottled Faith from the bugged tab. Read this post for more details. Got a respond from support. They said they don't restore items lost in game.
And that they have forward the issue to people who are working to reduce problems like this in the future. I don't know if I am able to trust the unique stash tab anymore. If items can just go missing like that, that is so devastating. Especially for a paid tab. |

OMG. I just removed my Wise Oak flask from unique tab and put it back to test. It went missing too!

I've just had a look at your tab myself, since it's publically viewable, and some of those items (like Bottled Faith) are showing up as not lit-up. I can click the ones which are lit-up to see a stats pane for those items, but not for the ones that aren't lit.
Yet at the same time, they appear lit-up in your screenshot. You clearly have the item (or have had it at some point) but it's definitely missing from your public stash tab. This doesn't seem to be a "can I have my items back please" thread, as you already explored that avenue, so it looks like you're trying to warn people not to put expensive items into unique stash-tabs; I can't think of a single reason why you'd do that unless you genuninely think the stash tab is glitched - so I guess people should take this warning seriously until further notice, or at least don't put anything expensive in there in case it gets eaten. |
