Hello, awesome build. Thanks for sharing it! I just have a couple of questions.

Does shock nearby enemies while you focus work on Shaper? Also, how big is the radius?

So Shock as far as I know does work on shaper. It sure does look like it when you use the Focus skill! ;)
I originally had shock enabled in all of the PoB links but it turns out that is showing the player default buff of 50% and not the non-hit buff which applies to minions of only 20% so I decided to take it out! So technically the damage numbers go a bit higher!
