Preview of the Updated Soundtrack in Path of Exile: Synthesis

Legacy Solaris Temple, Lioneye's Watch, and the classic Path of Exile menu theme defined the sound of Wraeclast...by replacing them, you eradicated another piece of the unique POE world.

Assaulting the roots of the game feels like a tendency over the recent years. Add, don't replace, and for God's sake don't fix won't aint broke. Its like those people who have plastic surgery, and then can't stop...they think they continue improving themselves, but instead they just betray their individuality in favor of generic and fleeting "beauty" standards. The end result is often a mess.

Excessive polishing will wipe clean all character and soul from your work, I'm speaking from personal experience. Time to take a chill pill with the revising...

I'm missing old Lunaris Temple Music. It looked more twisted then now
Sick
I really miss some of Adgio Hutchings' tracks, particularly for Lioneye's Watch Act 1 and the Solaris/Lunaris Temple. Kamil's music is still great but those particular tracks really captured the unique ambient dark fantasy horror of Path of Exile. The fact Hutchings' work is no longer available in recent downloads of the soundtracks is very sad.

No offence, I can't help but wonder if something happened behind the scenes to have Hutchings' musical contributions to POE mostly scrapped from the game. :(

Way to fuck up the perpetuity legal!

Now trying to reimplement the original tracks in the game is as much of a chore as the original UI.

What a bore. :\

I beg you, GGG, bring back the old music in Solaris. I didn’t play for 3-4 years, but I came back thanks to listening to music on YouTube ... What a great disappointment it was for me when I found out that many of my favorite tracks, especially Solaris, no longer exist. The Solaris track brought me to tears with its beauty ... Why did it happen? Why did you decide to change everything? This is a real tragedy for me ...
