Skill Rework - Storm Burst

Lol. This just in, all skills in the game now deal half their damage as physical, with the other half converted to elemental, [Removed by Support].

Also, a 3.0 skill getting a rework before the other 90% of skills that actually need them. WOW.
(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0

Does anyone use channeling skills outside of meme builds for any of the end games - maps, uber or delve?

I thought everything was about mobility in the current versions of poe.
Going to rename it Channel Brand, too?

Can't see the video. Anyone else having the same issue?
Yes, they used a bad codec again. You can however open it in something like VLC with the link of the video (right click -> copy url -> paste in VLC).

Or you can just install a codec that will forever make the problem go away:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm

Personally, I use the standard K-Lite codec pack and have never had problems viewing videos from anyone since. Choose the level of involvement you want up to creating and editing your own videos.

EDIT: For spelling and clarification.
Nope, GGG keeps using a bad h264 profile when they're encoding and it's causing issues on Win7. "The videos from web.poecdn.com are not encoded optimally. They are encoded in H.264 level 5.2, which is not supported on Windows 7 with hardware acceleration".
Should use level 4.2 which is enough for 1080p60.

A lot of us can't view the video. WebM is the most widely supported format for html5 video, followed by Ogg Theora Vorbis; mp4 is a proprietary patent-encumbered garbage format guaranteed to exclude at least some of your probable audience, so please stop using it.

TELL THE TRUTH!
looks good, will definitely try it out
