Path of Exile 3.6.0 will not support Windows XP or Vista

I don't know about this changes, the last 3 leagues the game keeps running worst and worst was thinking to downgrade from win10 and use directx 9 because every new league i play my pc feels like is about to explode when i run poe, at some point you should just focus on the optimization of the game instead of making it look cute and clustered, this is just my opinion you know best what to do but it's unacceptable to still have fps drops and so many game crashes and i don't think focusing on lowering the resolution as a solution is the way to go... this being your solution to improve game performance...
How do I know if my client is 32 or 64 bit?

Why not going forward switch to Vulkan as a rendering engine? It's even more streamlined, compatible with multiple modern OS's, and there is even less of a cost to using shadows, allowing the game to be even smoother?

We will still support a 32-bit client for users of 32-bit versions of Windows, but we strongly encourage users to use the 64-bit client if they can.

Has anyone of the team actually tried this for longer gaming sessions? You run into Out of Memory crashes every few hours.
Perception is reality.
Not convinced. I quite often play poe for 3-4 hours at a time and have it running for trading for longer than that. Haven't ever seen and out of memory issue.

It could easily be the interaction between your video driver and POE or something ugly like that. The joy of being free to mix and match video cards, motherboards, CPUs etc. In my case it means Win10 always wants to upgrade. It's failed 1803 6 times, 1809 4 times, but it's never going to give up. And I'm always going to have my PoE sessions interrupted by "windows needs to restart to install updates" in the middle of my screen... sometimes just when I'm clicking in the "restart now" position on PoE...
Will it still work on a PC with only 4 GB RAM? (No comments on how low this is, please. I'm considering buying a stronger PC after the one I'm currenly using anyway.)
NOT LIKE THIS~!!!

For those that don't know

Millenium = XP
Vista = Win7
Win8 = Win10

Every one of them is just a better improved version of the same framework dressed up to hide PR disasters.

Chris, Why discontinue Vista without doing the same for Win 7? they both operate on the DX10 framework, there is little point to supporting it other than the tin foil hat bumkins that refuse to jump on 10 which if you are "waiting for less intrusive", you are not going to get it from here on out(just opt out of everything, like everyone does). Just accept it and move on. It was the same argument between 95 and win 98 and honestly the trackers were not a big deal unless you were a criminal, then it became a problem.
