Question its better to run Hatred and 4 link HoA or 5/6 link HoA without Hatred?

if you go double ring you can squeeze in more auras, not have to use enlighten and can get a dps helmet enchant

I'm having so much fun leveling this build!

I'm curious though... What skill do you guys find is the best league start for a witch? Most of this build's gems are green so a fresh start witch won't have access to them for a long time. I'm wondering what skills scale well without much passive investment.

For example, if I wanted to wait and switch to this build at lvl 40, what skill would scale the best as a league starter 1-40? I'm new to witch so any info is helpful.

glad to hear that :) you can just ask people to get gems for you or just level with anything you like the new skills from this league looks fun.

with the ring you can run all of them im currently doing it.

I was worried at the start (really early) , as i got the HoA and RoA on 2 links each , once i got a cheap 5 link and Quill rain it became an instant killer , i am chugging along killing everything pretty smoothely now , early mapping but i have plenty of damage and i dont have the aura`s setup yet.
I have a technical question about the EE , does haterd cover us in regards to damage from a different source ? i.e
Would it be Chaos -> Cold -> Chaos -> Cold ?
Or do we need additional elemental damage source ?

Also for the dumbest question there is , why would i go CI ? i am giving up 2.5k HP for Chaos resistance ? i never had anything but Minus Chaos resists in previous leagues and it didnt seems to matter.
