" If you are going for a 480 dps sword you don't Annul that, you just scour it and go again until you get 2 better than crafted rolls + acceptable suffix You'd only Annul something that had two desirable mods and a third that ruined it but even then in crafting terms thats an item you finish, flip then start again trying to get 3 good mods. Faster weapons have a bias towards the flat damage rolls as well as flaring being considerably more common than merciless so that is why you see so many of those for sale. for 500+ dps, you don't need two t1 prefixes. a t2 flat with t3 hybrid can get you 500+dps. or a t6 hybrid with a t1 flaring roll assuming you start with a 30% base. or cruel/tyrannical/merciless + flaring.

This might be a stupidly dumb question, but what so you guys mean when you say 'craft mana + regal' ... in particular, the craft mana part?
