TakeCat rotates in a 5th player or special guest from time to time but RaisQT, Nugi, and Octatavian (sometimes he's unavailable) seem to be the standard talking heads. There is always a lot of prattle in these PoE podcasts so I'm glad RaisQT did an edit to get the meat from the 2+ hour long last one for the Delve info.
