I saw you putting elemental focus on the main gem link, so you are not chilling enemy with vortex instead of cold snap?

btw, I am not sure how to effectively isolate the "%increased damage on full life" and "% minion damage" mod, but if you are fossil and split it and/or luck annul, then it is really expensive and need some luck to craft.

I would suggest to aternation spam to roll a Heartstopping, t1 "cold damage multiplier", and simply multi craft remaining, the damage should be the same or even higher if you cant get the t1 full life damage mod. hope it can help, thanks

I got a ring with mana on kill and my mana issues was solved....highly recommended

I did take some mana nodes, have enlighten lvl 4 and I have zero mana issue now. And the cooldown reduction feels very good tho.

Is my Sceptre messing with my EE because it has "Adds 22 to 35 Cold Damage" Do I need to replace it?

Characters are private, but you should be safe.

Adds Cold Damage on weapon = Attacks, so shield charge or leap slam, or whirling blades.

Add Cold Damage to Spells on weapon (or anywhere), very bad. your lightning spells also do cold damage, so everything has +25% cold resist not -50%.

You're proccing your EE if you melee. i.e. shield charge into a pack..

hi. im in serious truble with mana. and not sure where to get it from . crafted 2x lower cost on skills. but still i cant use vortex as often as i should.
