Witch - [3.5] Occultist Vortex/Cold Snap ES/CI - Deathless and Safe Uber Elder and T16's - Forum

With this gear, im sitting at 11k+ ES, and ~152k CDoT uncharged but I feel that my CDoT is still kind of low. Ive done Uber Elder twice with this build (1x 4 ports left, and 1x 1 portal left). Gonna start to buy/craft gear to try this build soon! Another thing i'd like to ask: Is helm enchant a big deal for this build? if so , whats the best one? I would say definitly no ;) you are looking for Vortex Duration, I have a kind of bad one myself.
