Should I care about "% to gain a frenzy charge when hit" on my chest at all? Got it on mine right now but its only a 527 es chest so I'm tempted to just keep crafting.

Keep rolling till over 700+ ES, its 4% more per charge and usually you are trying to avoid get hit.

Oh damn, dropped just one dense on it for laughs now and got this.

Could drop the cold res from my helm and craft qual+str instead. Now I just got to get a decent sceptre.

So PoB says EE gives me +9k average hit and -31k Dot DPS. Is there something wrong with the calculation or am I missing something?

Check that "ignore skill hit" in configuration tab and you get correct dps.

what about using apep's supremacy, incandecent heart and rime gaze? worth it?

another question:

Just wonder what is your tooltip dps for vortex dot? Mine is currently at 105k.
Have done Guardians so far and have to work a bit towards defense. 10k ES atm.

Also my Flasks are shit I know.

Right now I saved 3 Ex and will go for a crafted weapon but I guess I need to save a bit before I attempt.

Any recommendations how to increase DPS? Guardians were ok but I am far from melting them like in the videos.

hold up so can you use # to # cold damage to spells just not adds cold damage and still proc EE? can someone clarify this.

You can not use +cold to spells, it will add cold to orb/brand, and hose your EE.
