No Time like the Present bugged?

I have ran across Alva prior to the quest, "No time like the present" and I guess because of this, when I went to complete it and found her in the Causeway, it failed to complete it. The quest is still not completed, no way of inviting her to hideout, and when I tried to find her in the Causeway again, she is not popping up there.

I see her in mapping and other locations but I know it doesn't count towards completing the quest.

Help?

Edit: Nevermind it finally seemed to have fixed itself.
