No Time like the Present bugged?

i need help with alva ... done all incursions and she is still lv 1 and dont see a invite to hideout option ... wandering on temple of atzoatl for hours (killed all mobs and seems other paths is blocked)

i also am having this issue. unsure if its me not understanding something or if its a bug. completed fully 2 temples. and still cant invite her to the hideout

Same here i completed a lot of incursions but cant complete quest and invite her.

Quest is bugged, which means her level is stuck. However, she will be able to spawn in maps after you enter her Incursion in act 7 from that quest.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I assume it has to do with the fact that I encountered Alva in the Crypt before encountering her in the Causeway, and that still caused her quest to progress.

Having this same issue, "No Time like the present" seems stuck meaning I can't get favor with alva and can't invite her to h/o.
