Skill Rework - Arctic Breath

I like the changes but with the removal of the Skull it lost its appeal.
It looks like a weakly tossed wet snwball now. T_T

toxic breath, will still be one of the worst, i mean area seems to be small also you cant take pierce (small groups) and while big groups wont take damage to area...hopefully im wrong

This is so cool, but when will be archer changes for solo target? RoA rework was a good idea. But barrage is still more stronger. i don't want stay close with enemy. Give us barrage for farshot deadeye.
looks intressting, reminder me at Essence Drain in ice + ground effect... :D maybe contagion in ice xD
Was expecting something more like a cold version of Incinerate, more like a "breath" thing.
wonder how pierce works with this
