nerf city but up summit Why GGG
I think, this Atlas picture is actualy Trolling. To many empty space on right side of the atlas... to unballanced maping.

Burial T11 = no more 16 burial drops in single map (with strongbox)

So this won't be path of HH anymore, apparently...

I will be. The only difference is, it's more expensive to sextant now. You can still get carto on T11s btw. Once you have your elder orb, sustaining burials will be ezpz.

Atoll T1 = windripper farming

Not worth it. And if you really want to farm Winds somehow, better go jungle valley.

Positives:
- Fresh atlas (at least in lower tiers)
- Some good t10s, T3 Burial Chambers killed, Atoll/Channel killed

Atoll killed? You speak like atoll was any good in the first place. The last time atoll was good, was when it was a T8 map (harbinger?).

Still shape Gorge

Gorge on average has around half of the mobs UGS has.

Heh new challenge, especially for HC players to complete the atlas :)

I am sure that Summit boss is the biggest badass from all maps upto t15.

Actually now the atlas make more sense. Very good divination cards are on higher tier maps. And MF builds will not like it.

Headhunter will be more rare than never before, so each The Doctor card will be more expansive.

Don't u know what will happen with timeworn reliquary key? Will it stay in PoE core (cause Delve is), or it just rotate out?

this t15 setup is not worse than the one we currently have, stop pretending you actually farmed maps like t15 sunken city, reef, carcass or basilica over shaped ones, then you are just bad at the game

eh, I enjoyed the layouts atleast and for most of the league skipped only kitava (only when I was leveling 98-100 did I skip all bosses when I occasionally run then for XP/H reasons.)

I have no opinion on the new map yet, it will probably have different layout than torture chamber (hopefully, if not, that alone would be worse than anything) but

1. I can safely say I don't like tower layout, compared to sunken city, its more annoying and as indoor map, not allowing jump from one corridor to the other, the boss is far more dangerous than arakaali, which is retardedly easy and has usually only one short "immunity" phase. So tower compared to sunken is strictly worse

2. Summit is similar layout to reef, very open, boss is probably more dangerous, but faster (most likely skip anyway) the only big minus here is my personal distaste for the visual, for some reason, I really dont like it and cannot run multiple in a row because my eyes hurt from it (its not the snow per se, i dont have the same issue with iceberg) but otherwise they are about equal

3. Desert Spring, compared against basilica, is about the same tbh, its very open, density is meh, same as basilica, but... the boss... just... no, thats a skip for me, I will kill him once for map completion and probably once for pantheon, after that, I will not touch him again. So map the same, boss far worse.

Carcass had bad density, but pleasant for stuff like cyclone, boss was easy, no immunity phase, you can global him, the new will have to be good to top this one IMO.

Overall, t15 setup feels worse than the current one to me and t14 isnt really looking promising either, yes, its getting courthouse(?) and terrace, but loses acid lakes and crimson temple, also dig (which was atleast decent with boss skip.)

Personally, I think I might be uncompleting atleast t15 and 16 this league, there some very good candidates for shaping on t9/10 tier and some maps look very promising for eldering freom sextant perspective atleast (toxic sever, armoury, grotto?)

You can 3 for 1 trade them for the new maps.

Are we sure? I've tried to do this with old maps, and it upgraded them within the same map set, not upgrading them to new maps at all.

I've tried several times to trade these in, and they don't upgrade (at least as recently as 3.3
Why not go higher?
Eg: tier 20 or 25

Then mob level would be higher. This would lead to easier XP farming (even if the monster level for xp is scaled down anyway) and would counteract the xp penalty for lvl 95+
Furthermore it would be easier to get good base items with high itemlevel, therefore the "chasing a good shaper/elder base" becomes way easier, if even random white mobs can drop them.
Increasing the top monster level would need some heavy rebalancing and it is most likely not happening soon.
