do ppl realy pay to "design" a card ?
what do they design = ne numer needed or what
there is nothing to design afaik.

or is it "Hey here is 1000$ i want a Cardset that has a Poet's pen as result" ?

I expect PP+Zerphi's immortality to be reworked and slammed. Why have Uber Elder phases and difficult mechanics if you willingly allow a broken build to ignore them?

"Immortality" should be achieved by crafting ultra GG gear and maximising your build to the absolute edge, grinding hard or getting super lucky. Some random toon shouldn't be able to run tier 1 maps for chaos recipes, save up the money for Zerphi's and then go clean up all content copy-pasting the exact build and feel T H I C C and manly afterwards.

Yup...although from my understanding they're not accepting any new requests and are still working through a backlog from people who've already paid.

There's still a backlog of Unique items to be added to the game as well. Not to mention whatever they decide to add to the game going forward...there's always something to create a card based around.

(Also, mind you, than someone already has a Poet's Pen card and based on the guidelines the only other options available under that would be a Corrupted Poet's Pen card or "random Unique" from Poet's base item type (allowing Poet's as a possible outcome)

It was a reward to a high-tier support pack way back during The Awakening. Not sure if it was carried forward into any other supporter packs, but if I recall correctly they did cut it off at a point and they're not excepting any further submissions. See the link above for submission rules/guidelines that were set.
