One of my rings has frostbite (~7% more damage to bosses), I've also enchanted it with channeling mana cost for QoL, since I only cyclone through the maps (before that no regen maps could be painful). A combination of life, resist, stats and ES is good enough for the rest. One thing I could (should?) go is a kingmaker animated guardian setup in the ring with curse on hit gloves and -9 cold resist aura helm but that needs some more budget.
Is there a reason you didn't go for rings with sockets?
In terms of dps and defenses I don't really see many problems. It might be tough to build up enough spiders in the guardian rooms but it seems like you should have enough dps from other sources regardless. Guardians and Uber Elder (and most boss fights in this game) come down mostly to learning their patterns rather than tanking up and surviving hits. I would probably just watch a video on each on and try to figure out what you need to dodge.
It's awesome, thanks!
And as i can see you have great DPS with Skeletons and Spectres - is it because of all those +% to %minions% on your gear?
First off, make sure to go into the configuration tab in POB and check the appropriate boxes when calculating dps. For yours, you want to make sure that you check the boxes listed "do your minions use frenzy charges," "enable feeding frenzy," and "Enemy was hit by lightning damage?" I get around 165k dps per skele when I check the boxes for you.
As for the dps difference, a few things you should consider:
1. Feeding frenzy is only needed on one minion since it grants the buff to you. You already have zombies giving you the buff. By replacing your feeding frenzy and empower links in your helm with melee physical damage and ruthless, I'm showing a 62% increase in dps.
2. I have a +3 helm with lvl 20 skeles in there. Obviously a +3 helm with minion damage support is insanely expensive, but that accounts for another 35% or so in dps.
3. Jewels, even relatively cheap ones, can provide you with both more life and minion damage than your tree can. The marginal benefit is huge.
4. I'm using a curse (ele weakness) to increase my damage further (around 25% increase on normal mobs). While this is less effective on shaper / elder, it's still fairly substantial and shouldn't be disregarded.

i may be wrong, but skellies without Feeding Frenzy Support won't "teleport" even with Feeding Frenzy buff on me.

And thanks alot on other proposals!
True, skele's won't dash without it. However, do you really need them to? Since they only last 40 secs anyways, I generally only summon them versus rares or against large packs. In those cases, I'm popping them right next to what I want to kill anyways. Similar story for bosses.
Could someone outline the choices for the 6th socket for spectres?
I am using 4 Frost Sentinels with:
-Minion Damage
-Feeding Frenzy
-Summon Phantasm
-GMP
I tried Chain but didn't notice much of a difference in clear speed.
I tried spell echo because it's common in other builds and PoB likes it for damage/dps
The guide/thread mentions Faster Projectiles, Slower Projectiles, and Elemental Focus in several places as other options.
I'm currently doing the low-red maps (11s and 12s or so)... I don't notice much of a difference because no matter what the gem is, the clear speed is already great at this point, but I do want to try to be leveling up the most relevant gem for the 6th socket!
I'd swap Feeding Frenzy for Controlled Destruction and add your choice of Faster Projectiles (the projectiles will go further as well as moving faster), Chain, or Pierce.
Feeding Frenzy doesn't change frost sentinels' aggro range, so we don't need it linked to their gem. We do want it on zombies, though, so that all our minions consistently have the FF buff.

Feeding Frenzy is very handy on skeletons when you need them for additional coverage for things like breach, legion, blight, and incursion encounters; IMO it's worth keeping for that reason. It's also quite useful to keep up with bosses that move around a lot. But yeah, if you're just looking to boost their damage against stationary single targets, it makes sense to swap FF for a damage support of some kind.
After hitting Delve 300, I've found my wand version to be too rippy to realistically go much further. I'm probably just going to reroll another char and bench this one, but curious to see how high you guys running the claw build can push! It's definitely a lot tankier than my build.
How can i improve my char best, with only small amount of currency (30C)
You can swap your gloves. Right now they are doing nothing for you and give very minimal amount of life. You can also swap Fortify away from your helm setup, not really needed and add something that gives your skeletons some damage.
