Cannot use Zana to shape T5-10 even with 10 memory fragments

I have Zana 7, 10 memory fragments, including the fragment to shape a t10 to a t15. However, the Zana option to shape T5-10 for 6c is missing. (I have not used the T1-4 orbs.)

The issue started with the most recent patch 3.4.3c.


EDIT: killing two elder guardians in red maps restored access to the "Shaped Tier 1-10" option. (Curiously, killing just one did not.)

Same thing is happening to me, Zana at 7 and I have gotten 10 out of 15 memory fragments and I used all 10 of the orbs that I got to shape maps, but "Shaped (Tier 1-10)" is not in my list of Zana mods.

Same issue. I got 10 Shaper Orbs and used all of them. No "Shaped 5-10" option from Zana.

Same is happening to me. 10 fragments and Zana level 7. Its now gone after patch.

Same is happening to me. I have up to shaped t15 maps on my Atlas.

Can confirm i actually had it before patch and now am unable to shape t1-t10 option. Have exactly 10 shaper memory fragments.

Can confirm, i have 13 memory fragments and the option is missing. Most likely it's caused by "holes" in the memory fragments, i have all the fragments up to 14, except the 9'th.

What is the expected behavior, do we have to have all fragments between 1 and 10, or it's ok to have 10 fragments with "holes" in the list, due to completing higher tiers first?

Well just FYI I have used all 10 of the orbs that I have gotten so far.
