Cannot use Zana to shape T5-10 even with 10 memory fragments

When GGG discovers a post-patch regression like this, is there a protocol for disclosing the issue to the community?

I understand there may be cases where keeping this kind of information private would make sense particularly if the bug involved was exploit-enabling. In this case it's a blatant regression that is obvious (Zana option was there and now isn't) and potentially confusing (was there an intentional change? am I doing something wrong?) for players.

Is it up to players to encounter a perplexing issue then visit the bug reports forum to try to determine whether or not a) there is an issue, b) it has already been reported, and c) GGG is aware and working on a fix?

It does not appear that the "Known Issues/FAQ" thread is used to disclose these kind of post-patch "game-breaking" bugs (using that phrase loosely - it certainly closes off a specific option that players deliberately seek out).

Cheers

EDIT: Seeing OPs edit further supports the idea that these kind of bugs are confusing. Disclosing more information, more quickly and transparently would be beneficial for players and the community.

Just got the 10th Memory Fragment, shaped a Tier X map - but Zana is still not giving the option... What gives? I tried so hard to get Tier 15s populated, buying extra Tier 15 maps for 9 chaos just to get the tenth fragment - and nothing.
feels dishearten and pointless, really, to go on...
Same problem. Used to be able to shape yellow maps. Now the option is not there.
Same here. Cannot use this option anymore.
Is there any news to this? It is super annoying, cause my whole Atlas Strategy relies on this …..
same issue..
FFS fix it
I literally just spent all day working on getting the stupid memory fragments so that I could shape maps and come to find out it's broken? Good work, guys.
PUMP!

Please fix this ... this is going on for days now.

For people who are relying on this, this is kinda game breaking in sense of Mapping ...
Getting 15 memory fragments does give the option to shape T10 maps into T15s... but shouldn't it work after 10 frags?

By introducing raw code and not having a clue how to fix it you do come off like you have no clue what is going on in your game. I am not even talking about fixing the league mechanics first two month of the league, and finally tuning leagues only towards the end.

Getting tired of beta-testing leagues. Can we just play the game?
I had 10 fragments and did not have the options. The fragments were 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10 and 13.

Fragment IX was notably missing, but I still had 10 fragments.

I later found that fragment from a Red-Tier Guardian, and the option is now available for me.

Either poorly worded patch notes or an oversight.
Another quality ZAP! post.
