I have never killed an Elder so fast. My DPS is close to yours. I think I will be retiring my Chin Sol except for standard where I have a legacy one. Can someone explain when i got "Damage Penetrates 6% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently" enchant on boots and when i keep offence tab open to see total Penetration when killing, the 6% pen on boots is lost like im killing someone even i dont? Here is my setup I even tried without using Blood Rage and Blink Arrow but it didnt work. I mean shouldnt the Pen on boots be permanent with Ancestral Bond?
