[3.10] OneShotKill Elemental Hit Ballista Hiero - 9.6 million DPS - EZ Boss Killer + budget friendly
" Order of importance: -Double corrupted Frostnova with either +Level to Fire Gems or +Level to Projectile Gems (This, alone, gives almost 40k dps) -Level 21/20 Elemental hit with supports (roughly an extra 20k if you get 21/20 on all 4 gems) -Better boots with high life, totem damage, and a 120% chance to crit enchantment (gives 18k dps) -One of the new watcher's eyes that use the new precision aura - look for Attack Damage and Crit Multi. Mine gives another 20k dps. -Opal rings with Elemental Damage and Elemental Damage with Attacks in the explicit. -Belt with Fire Damage, Elemental Damage, and Elemental Damage with Attacks in the explicit. -Use Lioneye's Glare instead of Chinsol for a massive dps boost. Only use Chinsol if your accuracy is above 2600...which it won't be in most cases. Chin Sol is a really bad bow.
Excellent build, still work in progress but great so far
I don't get the whole anti Chin Sol vibe in this thread lately, was not the whole point of this build close range damage maximization? oh well I bothered with point blank corruption already so Last edited by rugalb666 on Jun 18, 2019, 2:09:54 PM

" This build was written when Chin Sol gave 100% extra damage at close range. Since the nerf, however, it is a pretty shitty bow to consider even wearing. 50% is a crap ton of damage to lose. A lioneye's glare gives you about 80% of the damage lost due to the nerf, so it's a really good fit for this build, though I, myself, would prefer a rare imperial bow with some killer explicits. That doesn't mean Chin Sol is worthless, though - if you can get the +1 arrow corruption, it then becomes trash to hero very quickly.
" I see, thanks for those details. Well I ran simulation in pob and then did a map with a lioneye glare bow. It appeared that in my case even nerfed Chin Sol is still better when used at close range. It seems that is because I use a corrupted "point blank" quiver and have a very high accuracy. However it is hard to tell the difference while mapping Lioneye felt slightly off but that may be an impression since everything die pretty fast in both cases. I will try to compare the feeling against a guardian/elder or something I ll try to get a corrupted chin sol for even better results as well EDIT finally found a cheap legacy even simpler Last edited by rugalb666 on Jun 18, 2019, 6:05:34 PM

I have a +1 arrow Chin Sol in Legion if anyone wants it. I'll sell it for 5 ex.

Chosing a bow seems very difficult for this build,
I love QuillRain for mapping (high attack speed) But im looking for a bow for boss kill only, so i swap when i do guardians, elder/shaper, any ideas?
I use a +1 arrow quillrain and +1 arrow skirmish for mapping and chin soi and a point blank skirmish for bossing. Works great! Really loving the build at the moment.
Cheers |

Still scouting for a usefull corruption on Chin soi. +1 arrow would be great, but none available atm in standard.

" Did you try to replace Quill Rain for the lioneye's glare? I like the idea of switching the Quiver for Mapping tho!
" I think that it is better to have a defensive Watcher's Eye here, I'm using a +to evade on Grace and + to dodge on Grace. Yes, this costs dps, but the dps is already high enough. What helps my dps, even though you can't see it in numbers is corrupted Tombfists with Elemental Weakness on Hit. I'm running this together with Enfeeble/Blasphemy, even though I only support 1 curse: everything is Elemental Weaknessed, but if you come close to me this is overwritten by Enfeeble, which is exactly what I want.
