@Rico Watching your witch video's reminded me how much I like the Discharge MTX. You should try it if you have not, really makes it easier to see what you are fighting.

Yes I know but I dont like it. Im in love with standard Discharge graphical effects since 2.0 patch of the game.

I have a doubt about Elemental Eq. when and if i should introduce on build.
By having all three types of charges it applies all damage types at SAME TIME, and then should just receive a 25% resistance to all three.

(wiki: If you hit an enemy with two different elements at the same time it will give -50% Resistance to third element and +25% to both elements used. A hit carrying all three elements types will give +25% to all elemental Resistance)

I dont see how EE helps on build. what im missing?

Quite a lot in fact. Mjolner works this way that it procs socketed spells on melee hit. Spell trigger is done just right after melee hit and cannot happen otherwise. Cyclone is physical based attack and we use "+x cold dmg to attacks". This apply +25% cold res and -50% light and fire res to each enemy just before each spell trigger. With Discharge we do only light + fire dmg (Power + Endurance charges) and with Arc only lightning dmg.

First of all, thank you for the build, having loads of fun with it. First league I've played and there's likely a lot I don't know about the game, mechanically. Also, I'm a compulsive respecc'er, so...

Is block bad? Is there a reason where for some small amount of life/mana regen I shouldn't get large amounts of block? Here's what I've been using (this last day)

Hey, sory for late anserw. I must be frank with you. You're doing it wrong. To be honest 40% block with 30% spell block and 6.1k EHP is not something I would consider "safe". Especially with 75% max resistances and resistances that you have uncapped without endurance charges...

You really need 7.1k+ EHP with fortify up and 79%+ max resistances to counter one shot mechanics like Shaper slams and to outheal heavy elemental dmg like Shaper beam and balls. With your current setup you will have problems even with T13-T15 map bosses that deal heavy elemental dmg. 30% spell block wont save you...

Also Shapers Touch they are both tons of mana and accuracy, you need at least 89% chance to hit with your cyclone.

Yes - wait for the patch notes, leap slam is for reaching high/low ground fast without the need for stairs... or for closing the gaps, especially usefull if doing lots of lab runs. Really? Do I have to explain what for leap slam is?
