Yeah, I think there is a huge misunderstanding here. The No #1 delver, cannot solo, and is always in an optimal 6-party setup.

He is actually pretty squishy. And dies like a pancake without his supports. You have to look at the solo ladder, if you want to have builds that can tackle content by themselves.

Ah, really? I didn't know that - that certainly puts a barrier on progression somewhere. Although to be fair, the flaskfinder with its 100% resistance maximum would still take significantly less damage than the other builds at those depths.

I guess the real question is: Can you always kill monsters before they manage to hit you? If their HP doesn't scale, then all you need is enough damage and range - otherwise I guess the meta might become knockback/slow based?

Does that mean you'll need to stack as much resistances over your cap as possible in the mines?

Elemental Penetration works on your maximum resistance, it doesn't matter how much you overcap. You'd need absolute mitigation (enfeeble, fortify etc...), or increased maximum resistance to counter it.

That's currently the set-up for the no.1 delver team. They knockback, blind, and have taunt totems, and clear before getting hit by anything.

To be honest I was hoping that some good builds would came out with the new Guardian ascendancy :/

Maybe It's still too early, but all the Main streamer, that I follow, have long quit that path and went down the road of the pathfinder

no, I can't ask you that, I've already done a research by myself and I found out that there is just one player around 400ish depth(solo) as a guardian summoner, all the others are aurabot builds

Even Zeph can't compare to these you can't out heal a 1 shot lol
