im pretty sure that there are at least 0 players who would bother with using 3 skills instead of just using one solid one to get the same effect

noone knows how Static Strike is going to work but the description sounds bad. not to mention that this skill is Dead by Design (no stat stick compatibility)
Well if only a few people were going to try and scale the projectile damage of Caustic Arrow before, NOBODY is going to now after a ~15% nerf, on top of the 7% less damage effectiveness overall...Can't we just PLEASE get a good new skill that's powerful at first then gets SLIGHTLY scaled down instead of crappy ones right out the gate >.>
It's a lot more fun to play with a skill than not at all because it's gimped.

Herald of Purity, 25-37 phys dmg to attacks, with extra minions on kills, and only 25% mana res. Sounds pretty op for Face Breakers

so erm.. am i missing something here? will for example CA benefit from each of those mods separately or just once from the 49%?
please tell me i'm not seeing basically 147% MORE Caustic arrow dmg? lol

(i might of missed a thread or video if they explained it, sorry if this is the case)

Will that more minion damage multiplier on herald of purity apply to all minions or only apply to sentinels?
Never played with minions before. Planning on trying the "I am Legion" Guardian build.

I now feel sympathy for all those who complained about the opaque nature of minion information in the past. The struggle is obviously real!

I can't decipher shit about any of the sentinels or the holy relic. I guess the viability of my build will remain in doubt until the league starts and then... it will be too late.

No, it's only 49% more dmg.
CA doesn't deal physical damage over time. The physical projectile damage is buffing the instant damage of CA while the chaos damage over time only increases the actual dot damage from the clouds. So it's an overall 49% more damage.

I agree, this is a huge nerf to the single target potential static strike had a wee bit of. Instead of being locked to your attack speed with your secondary explosions, youre now locked to a fixed amount of hits. I dont see any build not scaling atk speed to achieve a higher aps than the 3 stack buff will let the beams hit a single target. This is a nerf.
