Yeah absolutely just swap the weapon in place of clayshaper/shield and drop the necro aegis point.

Opening up the chest gives you more options, a few of us really prefer the 2H mace version. For hardcore players it allows you to go Kaom's Heart which is really nice. I've tried both, it's not necessarily better they are very competitive with eachother.

Giving up frenzy charges affects movement speed on the golems so try to pick up a piece of jewelry with +minion movement speed.

-1 golem is fine since you're gaining almost as much damage as you lose, you can go 1/1/6 or 1/1/1/5 they sim similar to eachother but 1/1/6 felt like it mapped better from personal anecdotal experience. It also freed up a skill gem allowing me to run culling strike on my stone/chaos hat.

Avian gives 20% move speed and DD alternating every 4 seconds. Maybe not to bad? Or is there not enough defence in this setup?

I would focus something super defensive. Either vic's influence and reserving a ton of mana for defensive aura's, kaom's, or just a really nice rare astral plate/belly. Avian is really bad for us compared to Spider.

Don't blame you a bit, i'm about to do the same. Cannot for the life of me hit what I need on the chest this season, still using an off-color skin of the loyal.

How would someone even go about crafting something like that? it is crazy. lol

Why are u saying that avian is bad for us, when u run whole last league with it? What has changed? also why are u stop using ruthless?

Hey yeah I can see where that confusion arises. I tried out Avian last league but after testing it Spider was strictly better than Avian. I had avian on my gear, but wasn't reserving mana for it, it was incidental on that jewelry piece. It's not that avian is actually bad, there are just far better offensive reserves like spider.


Brutality is taking the place of Ruthless for the MoM setups that aren't reserving hatred, I'm playing around with both hatred and MoM right now still trying to make a recommendation so I have Ruthless/Brutality both leveled and i'm swapping them back/forth.

Ice Golem, Minion Damage, Empower, Multistrike, Melee Physical Damage are the core gems. Your last damage gem can be melee splash/ruthless/conc effect/brutality etc just depending on what else you've got going on.
