More and more lag!
GGG please do something with RAM problem!
4 GB is not enough for this game :|

I play with 4G on a laptop dual core with an onboard geforce..... the game + chrome running twitch uses 3.2gb.

Maybe your operating system is bloated with other things...
I'm so happy that now the last thing I can see before I DC is: beautiful water

Can we get an improvement to...you know pants?

3.13 was the pinnacle of PoE. IVYS+1 Gang 4 Life.
Question for the Delve :
Will minions or totem take damage from the standing in the dark?
I hate to be that guy, but basic stream morphology tells us that water flows faster on the outside of a turn, and slower on the inside. This particular aspect of stream flow you have functionally backwards in several parts of your demonstration video. The visual quality improvements, especially in the way light is reflected, are stunning though.
Nice!

I hope in the future we can see PoE ported over to Vulkan - after seeing what the Vulkan optimizations did for Doom, and how many platforms Vulkan supports, I think it would be a game changer.
Are there going to be dodecatuple layered RNG challenges again this league, and just how ridiculous will they be?

---

Rough calculation of abyss layered RNG

1. Get a depths to spawn.
2. Get a depths with a lich.
3. Get a unique drop.
4. Get the right unique drop.
5. Double abyss socket

Rough calculation of incursion layered RNG

1. Getting the gem room to spawn.
2. Getting the gem room picked for level 2 upgrade.
3. Getting the gem room picked for level 3 upgrade.
4. Needs to not blow up.
5. Needs to hit the first corrupt, gem level.
6. Needs to hit the second corrupt, quality.
7-12. Repeat steps 1-6 for gem level + vaal version.
13-18. Repeat steps 1-6 for quality + vaal version.

And that's just for 1/3 of the challenge.

---

Is anything being done to avoid these sorts of nonsensical "challenges" that aren't even challenging, but completely reliant on a combination of luck and playtime?

If we're going to see this sort of ludicrous challenge in Delve, can we at least expect it not to require every single possible outcome?
Nice looking water.

Here are some questions that might be helpful for the FAQ. Some have already been answered, but it'd be helpful for those who haven't caught the answers through streamers, Baeclast, etc.

  • Is the delve progress bound to the character or account?
  • Can you return to easier parts of the delve if you've gone too far, are soloing after being in a group with a support, etc.?
  • Will the train fuel be tradeable?
  • For someone who wants to maximize their time in the delve, what fraction of their playtime will be in maps gathering fuel versus delving?
  • Will delve or train progress be shared with party members?
  • How many challenges must be done on your own atlas or delve? The delve league seems like it'll strongly encourage party play, and it can be frustrating for people who run support characters to not be able to get all the challenges without rolling another toon, no matter how good the group is. This is because in practice, one person in the group will be the one with the best delve, so the group will always favor running that delve.
  • What's the absolute maximum speed for the train? Will it be able to keep up with a 650ms lab runner?
  • What's the minimum speed for the train?
  • What will the packsize be like in delves? Two extremes are modern Strand (nearly empty) vs. fully sextanted Underground Sea (monsters galore).
  • Will we be able to summon spectres with ilvl > 84 in a delve?

Do forsaken masters spawn in the Delve?

Question for the FAQ:

Will there be any kind of race condition for doing delves or can you take basically as much time as you want?
