Looks like a skipped league for me.
Hopefully it will not come to the game core.

lmao. one promo video and the final verdict on the forums is spoken. even if it is added to the core game (and noone even knows what is all included), just do maps and ignore delve. idgaf about lab running too, so i ignore it except for the one time i need to do it.
Good video with much more explanation Monster with EMP they will shut down your light device. Stupid as hell.

Super pumped about the Primordial Chain. That means we can have up to what 8 golems?? That sounds like I'm going golemancer this league (if I can afford it)! Could we perhaps look at upping the Summon Raging Spirit limit back up to 50? That skill used to be super fun to use.
Could be the most important patch ever.

That's how it usually goes around these parts ;P

Alright, this looks...interesting. Can't say i'm too much of a fan of the flare\dynamite concept - hopefully you can really crank up the maximum amount of those you can carry with you.
The idea of the endless ledge's been going around for ages, but yeah it's quite risky - hopefully you'll accomplish your goals with this one :) Pumped to see what happens.
After Incursion this league looks meh. Really dislike that escorting cart crap. Not much hype for me for this one
Wouldn't there be an overleveling issue or how is that dealt with?

It looks nice, but I do have only one concern.

My concern is that it could turn out to be a dungeon that is similar to Diablo 3's Greater Rifts. Where the damage and health of the monsters are increased as the only way to increase the challenge of hte Greater Rifts. Which could lead this infinite dungeon as a gear, passive tree, and skills check. Which means that only the absolute strongest and tankiest builds would be able to explore the deepest of depths.

Which could lead to players shying away from other good but not as powerful builds. Where if you don't have a build that is the stongest and toughest then forget playing in this league.

Even though I like the idea but it could turn out to be flop. I just hope that doesn't happen. I say good luck to GGG in trying this and hope for the best for the new league.

That's the point -.-

What I am hoping doesn't happen is that you wind up seeing only a small handful of builds being played during the league. Where the majority are only playing a few builds per ascendancy becaues they are the only ones that can go deep enough to get the best rewards.

It is the same reason why Diablo 3 doesn't have the build diversity that it needs. Infinite scaling content has prevented it from having the build diversity that it needs.

I am hoping that GGG can prevent that from happening because it would be bad if players are basically only playing a few builds per ascendancy. Much like how in Diablo 3 players are only playing a few builds that can reach the highest of the leader boards.

It is saying that instead of having only a small number out of the existing skill gems and uniques, etc... that go mostly unused. You could have it where a large portion of the skill gems go unused. It can even get worse where some of the ones that were recently given some loving in the way of a revamp might not be nearly strong enough to reach the deepest of the mine. So they would be avoided, meaning that all of that work would be for nothing.
Dang yo!
Kamil Orman-Janowski must have been listening to Thunderstruck a lot lately.
