What about other Ascendancy? I see so many similar builds and dont know what Ascendancy I should choose.
I play a VD poet pen Inquistor before, the damage is ok but i really hate the mechanic of body swap, so clunky, this Lightning Warp version look much smoother.

Is there a stopgap if I can't quite afford Fenumus/Spider or ES on hit w/ Disc Watcher's Eye? Both cost >5 Ex on Delve, which I can't quite afford after buying Pens and stuff.

As mentioned before Shaper was killed without either of those items and just with the leech from the Warlords Mark on Hit Ring and the Vile Bastion Ascendency.

Yes.

any advice on what i should be going for next? only have about 50c left atm after switching over from another build. Should I just go straight for the watchers eye or get some other stuff first?

Yeah, start saving up for the Watchers Eye.

You can take it slow with the upgrades for now I recon. Just playing and leveling up the gems etc as well as finishing out the tree is pretty good. Grab good jewels when you can and they are not to expensive. Aslo try to get a better curse on hit elder ring too.

But in general I feel like you are pretty much set.

You should have no issue with running red maps I feel like.

I'm considering switching over to this build. I have most of what I'll need so far but I'll be using Choir of the Storm for a bit, and the Warlord's Mark ring I plan on using isn't the best (though it certainly could be worse)

I was wondering though, how essential are the level 4 enlightens? Can I still use the indigon without them?
