Thats pretty much what I though. I've got -30% herald of thunder mana reservation vertex on std, but playing the character on tmp league (until i get my hands on the helmet i will be playing without arctic armour as i found it overall the less useful aura out of all im running atm [less than herald of thunder])
atm running this setup: Do you find anything to change with the gems setup? Last edited by snnr#7054 on Feb 10, 2019, 8:11:46 AM

" You do not need such a long frenzy link - I think you should be aware of that by now. If you want to run a longer frenzy link replace PcoC on frenzy with innervate - innervate + cullingstrike makes innervate proc. PcoC is just a minimal fringe benefit just minimaly useful if you run the indigon. The Warlords Mark ring should ideally be at least an Moonstone Ring for ES. That way you have one guaranteed ES roll on the ringslot - you can always craft resistances on it if you need those. |
|
Looking for some help/tips to keep progressing. I am struggling to get past T14 maps. It seems like I just keep getting 1 shot all the time.

" Alright, I changed the power charge on crit strike with innervate. Actually I am using this ring to fit my resistances and make them all equeal for the wise oak. When I get more currency I might want to try to get one with ES roll. At the moment Ive got 7000 es. Thanks for the tip with frenzy, appreciate, I just do not like how much mana it takes for single frenzy cast. Ive got like 217 mana unreserved, but with Arctic Armour and reservation helmet I would have like only 100-120 mana unreserved, and the frenzy takes 38mana with the link you showed me | |
" Why does that matter? We leech more then 300 Mana per second? Then we also got our regen on top of that. As long as our total mana recovery per second is greater then the amount of mana we spend on frenzy per second it makes nil difference how expensive frenzy is exactly. (outside of an indigon obviously) On the side: Poet's Pen also trigger if you have literally 0 mana with baseline attacks. In any case - you do not need innervate. The Vertex is usualy played with a 4link frenzy socketed in boots. Refer to the Vertex PoB's for more details. Last edited by Cyrix1337#4098 on Feb 10, 2019, 9:58:33 AM

Hey bro, I just got interested on your build and tried it a few days ago. I just have to ask this tho, how do you manage your attribute values especially strength when on your on early leveling with this build? I'm having trouble wearing skill gems like immortal call cuz it has like 80+ str requirement and i only have 60+, tho i used Astramentis to alleviate the missing str and dex values, now im lvl 60 and wanted to use a presence of chayula but i cant cuz my str would only be 67 and my dex 34. Any solutions for this problem? I would appreciate it.
Truth is heavier than your sins.

" Earlier on I just got str and dex on jewels. Then as I upgraded my jewels for crit, I got str / dex on ring and belt. Presence helps with its +16 all stats as well. Right now I have the +30 str and +30 dex nodes.. |

Can I have CI with this build? will it be smooth enough for mapping?
I think with CI we can drop shav's and get higher es |
|
I've been playin this build for a month now, tried all options, CI-incadecent heart, CI - 14 000es, normal build with cooldown boots and belt, normal with spider boots, call of the brotherhood rings, vertex, indigon, etc. I had currency so i tried, and all my tries die to syndicate in t15/t16 maps, no matter what i do. That being said its the fastest map clear i've played, and i am not an awesome player.

" Not sure if you had 2x sets of pens in the past as it currently looks like you're only running with one set, but for syndicate encounters I keep my lightning warp pens on at all times. That way I can keep hopping around and avoiding the majority of their hits, while still doing respectable damage to them. If DPS is lacking, get a lvl 21 vaal arc and pop it during the encounter. This method isn't perfect, but I didnt die in 90+% of my encounters while running sextanted / chiseled / vaal'ed T16 UGS. |
