I think you are still missing Quality on your Vertex though. Maybe the Forum does not have it updated yet - but you will get some ES from there too.

One can also pop a Vaal Discipline during the cloud phase if its really such a big issue.

Each cloud phase is preceded by a monster/trashmob phase - enough to fill the vaal discipline up before the cloud phase begins.

Finally managed to get today. I've initially bought the base few days ago, used couple hundreds alts but had no luck searching for warlord's mark. So I've started to chaos spam for a bit and after like 20 chaos I've hit this ring minus the spider aspect that I've crafted today. For fenumus craft I was sitting on trade 820 with mercurytrade chat scan and bought portal for 50c. They pop up from time to time, but fill up really quickly, so you need to be fast.

As for the actual fight just few notes. He spawns multiple desecrated ground effects from time to time, that deal chaos damage and can kill you in 2-3 sec, if you're not full hp you're a toast. So I really recommend just swapping to CI until you're done with him. Also in the fight on the arena when you're crafting actual aspect stay very close to him, his mortar (that he also use in normal fight) can kill you in 1-2 hits depending on your hp, he himself isn't too dangerous especially if you're still in CI mode, and can be easily bursted down up close and personal. Also note that if you're crafting the ring like me, and don't have watcher's eye with es on hit yet, you will be left with no leech for the duration of the fight, unless you plan ahead and get something like with Warlord's Mark. Be careful with resists too, adds can have ele dmg. Remember you only have one try, if you die during crafting you lose Fenumus and need to pay again for portal. So better be prepared, than sorry.

Why don't we take Zealot's Oath node to have life regen applied to ES ?

We have essentially 0 life regen, unless you count Tukohama conditional regen. And tbh we're already pretty starved for skill points, so even though it's just 1 point it's probably not too worth it.

I think I did that before I had the watcher's eye for ES on hit. You can also just use the Sorrow of the Divine flask for the effect without taking the node.
