Am I correct in assuming you forgot to change your tree around to reflect the fact that you're not using an Indigon? Currently you're running the Indigon tree with a Vertex on.

Personally, I wouldn't buy indigon with your current setup. You're missing levels (the recommendation is switching to indigon around level 95) your gems are missing levels, your chest is only 5 linked, which is fine, but if you're running indigon you want to get your mana cost on frenzy reasonably high.
You're also missing quality on nearly all your gems which is really bad. I would get your gems sorted out, convert your tree over to the vertex tree and then look into possibly swapping to indigon around 95(ish) when you have everything else sorted.

so I crafted this belt, and wonder if I can somehow use it:
I mean I can slam it twice and pray for a strength roll but strength is going to be an issue using this :(
already using dex ring
I guess I can remove this craft and put strength on it and invest in 1 30 strength node, think it will be worth it?

I switched over to Alira, which at least makes the resistance question a little easier to sort.
Strength is still a big issue though. Right now I am sitting on 116 strength (114 required) with 50 strength on my current belt, and 16 strength on a jewel. I would need to make up for the loss of 48 strength, which I technically can do with crafting strength on those boots and speccing into a +30 strength node. I assume since I skipped the +30 dex node due to having a t1 dex roll on my ring, I can get away with it - the real question is though.. is it worth doing?
