It sure does look like it yes. I have not been playing this league all that much, so i have about 11-12ex right now. Should i go for the Pledge of Hands build or just stick with wand and shield?

PoH will scale better the more money you invest into it. With 11-12 EX you should be able to get most of the key pieces but probably not the 5 spectres right away. I'd focus on getting life up since the damage will always be there even with 5 link PoH. I ditched W/S as soon as I could get my hands on a PoH.

Cool thanks, will invest in the PoH and see how it goes. PoH also seems to be a popular scam item for some reason, 2 people i have whispered selling a 6 link have tried to trade me a 4 link. Guess i could just go for a 5 link, thats pretty damn cheap anyway and get a 6 link later on.

Interesting... Never seen that scam but i've usually tried to link my own PoH.
Yeah honestly the 6th link is less important than most of the other pieces. I'd say focus on getting the Diadem and +1 spectre chest with life and an open prefix to craft %life as energy shield. If you can get the +1 intelligence gem neck, +1 spectre boots, and a 21 spectre gem then thats probably even better than the 6 link since you now have 5 spectres. All of that could be done fairly cheap but you may be sacrificing some resists and life.

The gems seem to be for Slave Drivers but they arent included in the spectre selection and the configuration options are still for fire spectres.

Thanks, will try it out, but im not sure focusing on Spectres is ever going to suit me all that well. Together with Animated Guardian they are just a pain in the ass to control :)

I think the reason why i like Skeletons is that fact that they are so easy to resummon if they go down in a fight.

My current skeleton build also melt bosses on a crazy low budget. I havent even bothered to really upgrade my gear since farming Shaper have never been easier with this build.

This config is actually for fire spectres. SDs run into Awakener storms, so I've switched to Goats. Most of the gems are the same.

I'll post some demo videos to youtube later and update the guide as well.

Did you use RVA with pledge? I tried them and they spent a lot of time casting the low dps storm call instead of lightning ball, so I went back to fire based spectres.
