1. It can roll affixes sceptres and daggers cant.

2. Because lightning dmg will screw with your ability to roll the correct EE element for your slave drivers, which are lightning based.

So ONE last question: It was mentioned that all of my gear should be upgraded ASAP because it's junk. I've just been trying to keep any 4L pieces with Life and decent resists. What am I looking for that's better?

Yes. Its better to have a int based body armor, or at least get some ES elsewhere.

Lovin This build. Smooth mapping but sometimes minions just get rekt really fast in high tiers. Any tips to make that a bit better? I find myself having to convocate them away and just kinda stand there for 30 seconds convocating over and over.

anyone know if we can craft delve mod "max number of spectre" on chest ? or it's drop only

does it have to be 2 raise spectre lv21/20? I noticed no difference when using 1 lv21/20 and 1 regular one

It can't be crafted, it is a drop from a Minion Aura Node in Mines/Delve.
