Hey, great guide!
I have the following question:
My friend is playing an Mana Guardian Aurabot so (unless we prevent it) i and the spectres get Added Lightning Damage which would break the Elemental Equilibrium Mechanic, what do you think will be stronger? To keep the Elemental Equilibrium and let the Aurabot not play with Wrath and Smite or would the damage from those 2 Auras be superior to EE?

I have same idea with you, RVA dealing about 50% DPS less than SD according to PoB, but this will be a good sacrifice for this fight, SD is kind of suicide.
What is your IGN ? Would like to add friend for summoning RVA cause I haven't found it on my mines ^^

Do spectres have a max atk/cast speed? Just got the 12% atk/cast spd lab enchant and along with the ones in the passive tree (I took redemption as well), I'm wondering if it's overkill?

Yes, he does use cyclone for maintaning desecrate/offering (which is not really an option for me with PoH), but i see no reason why this should not work without it anyway, because the point is, spirit offering can keep SD alive - there is a few moment when they run directly into the vortex, and survive.

Unending Hunger doesnt require allocation, just 40 available int in radius :)

The int doesn't have to be allocated, it suffices if there are 40 int in the radius.

I have the feeling they survive because he's spamming convocation. It does work with slave drivers, but it is more of a hassle to keep them alive during this fight. I think they shouldn't run around so much if I link them with meat shield, but unfortunatly they still do, while RVA really stick to the player with meat shield.

Convocation is cast manually, and he didnt really care that much - check time around 1:00, when first moving vortex appears, SD are suicidal several times, which should end with their instadeath, but he has spirit offering up and they survive long enough to next convocation.

I'm testing the cyclone version with PoH right now, and its actually way better then i expected, probably even for general maping. Sadly, i'm used to run with Cant be frozen prefix on boots, so i cant have fortify on elder boots at the same time, but i think i'll really try this for next Sirius attempt.

EDIT: ok, i stand corrected, its not a solution for PoH, it fucks with Devouring Diadem Feast of Flesh.

Ok guys, got some BIG upgrades to the build. Avereging about 700k dps in POB, i believe that is per spectre? correct me if I'm wrong.

I bought the chest piece for 1ex, 6 socketed it in about 500 jewelers and 6 linked it in about 70 fusings. Now all i gotta do is grow some balls and annul the mana prefix so i can craft the life as extre ES.




Edit: almost 850k DPS, which results in 4.2 mil dps. ( 5 spectres )

Shame spectres are so dumb during Sirius and need to swap to meatshield and such to make them not run like a bunch of suicidal maniacs into stuff.

Might roll zombies or skellies, DPS seems similar but you don't care if zombies die, easy re-summon.

Thoughts?

how do i get high level spectres if we use level 1 desecrate? should i raise slave diver only in control blocks ?
