What's better minion damage output between these 2 convoking wands:

1) Minions Deal 100% extra damage

2) Minions Deal 50% extra damage and +1 skill level on all minions

Or another way to ask is, how much % extra damage is 1 extra level?

Dom't need to do that anymore. Spectre level is determined by the Raise Spectre gem level, not the area that you raised in.

Remember to take Spell Echo out of your Raise Spectre links when raising spectres and replace it when done raising. Also, easiest to do the raising in your hideout.
Quick question on CWDT and Block. Since we have a fairly high block chance, why take CWDT? My understanding is that "hit" is different from "damage". With 70+% to block we actually get "hit" but take no damage 70% of the time (this is ignoring things like dodge and evasion) which seems to indicate a somewhat low proc rate for CWDT. Or, am I missing something? It's probably fine for proccing IC I guess since that is meant to mitigate a big damaging hit, right?

Hard to tell. Easiest way is to look at both wands in PoE and see what the effect is. For a complete answer, you would need to do that for each of the minion classes that you raise (Spectres, Zombs, Skellies, etc.), although for this build damage is primarily from the Spectres so that is probably all you need to look at.

If you're asking purely on dps: 100% minion damage is better than 50% dam and +1 gems.

If I had +100% damage wand on my build, my dps would be 759.8k per spectre
If I had +50% damage and +1 gems wand: 738.0k

We can calculate that 35% increased damage equals one +1 gem level (at least with my setup). That's around 5.6% dps increase.

But you do have to take other things into account. Gem levels make summons beefier and that's important if you want to boost Guardian's survivability. So if you have enough dps to melt everything, get +gem level to keep Guardian's items safer.

Get Path of Building (pob) and import your character. Then you can edit existing equipment to test out dps numbers. You can copypaste correct affix lines from poe.trade (like I did with +gems, I couldn't remember the exact syntax).
Sorry, but in Pledge of Hands we don't need AG anymore? so we save a little bit of currency so we don't have to buy items for it ?

i believe someone (probably OP not sure) said you could move a gem from the body armour to the CWDT (not linked) instead of the frost wall and put the guardian in the body armour links with the zombies.

i did it cause i invested like 5ex on my guardian so i didn't want to waste it, but i think it's definitely tankier & stronger version than having frost wall, which honestly just caused me more problems than helped me.

you guys rock thanks <3 and yes I will get PoB as that's something I've been meaning to delve into for a while now. I'll need to find out how to copy my character then paste into PoB. I'm sure there are youtube videos as tutorials?

If you have perma phasing from Watcher's Eye + Haste the wall won't affect you at all.

Import/Export Build -> PC (and write your account name) -> Start -> select your Blight league char from the list -> Passive Tree and Jewels -> Items and Skills -> Done

Then you need to set your spectres as Slave Driver, select their main attack skill (Flame Surge) and put correct stuff in Configuration (like EE, Feeding Frenzy, possible Spider Aspect, etc).
