I feel like you should include the Logitech G502 Mouse as recommended gear. Specifically for the "auto-roll mouse wheel" feature. Forget auto-clicking when you can use auto-scrolling.

Hmm I can't seem to get my regen high enough to sustain RF without being oneshot by packs of mobs. I have decent gear I think. Is there anything I'm missing? Without RF the builds works awesome!

Gear looks fine to me except for the flasks.

You either haven't ramped the regen up enough (you can help yourself out with flasks at the beginning) or you're not torturing your mouse wheel enough.

Hehe yeah I dont think I can scroll fast enough. And didnt realise the ramp up either xD I'm now at 5.2k life regen when ramped up as high as I can but with RF on minotaur still seems to one shot me.But all other content became pretty easy now I'm ramping up my regen at the beginning of the map. Thanks for that tip I must've skipped over that part when reading the guide.

I don't know how the rate will be limited, but I do know that the build would be screwed even if it's only a 200ms cooldown.
