Anyone have an idea of how Maligaro's Lense with necro aegis works with weapon swap? Not sure if the specters would heal you or not.

"Just went a bit over the numbers because I saw someone on reddit talk about this aswell. Realistically you can get about 12000 life on them, but it requires a pretty large investment, like 20-30 skill points or so, aswell as the damage you get from a second weapon (like 20-30%). This is for one weapon swap, all with the 5% DR from Unbreakable and 100% increased life recovery rate:

2x Insanity Weapons with 90% phys reduction:
-399 damage taken -1134 life recovered from regen 1x Insanity Weapon with 90% phys reduction, one Maligaro's Lens: -199 damage taken -567 life recovered from regen -720 life recovered instantly 1x Insanity Weapon with 75% phys reduction, one Maligaro's Lens: -498 damage taken -472 life recovered from regen -720 life recovered instantly 1x Insanity Weapon with 50% phys reduction, one Maligaro's Lens: -997 damage taken -315 life recovered from regen -720 life recovered instantly 1x Insanity Weapon with 25% phys reduction, one Maligaro's Lens: -1496 damage taken -157 life recovered from regen -720 life recovered instantly 1x Insanity Weapon with 0% phys reduction, one Maligaro's Lens: -1995 damage taken -720 life recovered instantly Basically anything under 50% reduction isn't sustainable, anything over ~85% isn't worth it over 2 Insanity weapons because the investment is way too large. If you're floating somewhere in between, it might make sense to use it because you can get more CWDT triggers out (you take more damage), but your defense will suffer a lot. Personally I'd never take it because the investment is just too large. Keep in mind this is just from a Jugg perspective, it might be worth using on other Ascendancies since those don't get the regen. Builds and Guides:
