thanks for response man,
does the item level have to be like ilevel 84+?
do i need master level 8 or exalts to craft a decent one?
never really crafted anything at all unless its to recolor sockets lol

Higher ilvl will be better but if you don't have enough to buy one already rolled then don't worry about any meta crafting or exalt slamming. Just get a plain 6L with around ilvl 80 and throw some shrieking essences of spite on it, then if it has at least one good ES roll you can mastercraft another with Haku if it has open prefix. Should be relatively easy to craft one with around 450-500 ES which is enough.

You only need level 6 or 7 haku to craft % or flat ES on items.
