[3.5] Ghoulish Overkill! Zombie+Skeleton Baron build
ye i d say that ES from spirit offering is crucial, zombies woudl die actually a lot without it, specially in those stupid temples ^^

"Even more so since Spirit Offering scales off of their maximum HP (usually 20-30k) while Blood Offering scales off of our personal maximum HP (usually between 5-6.5k.) This means the potential healing from spirit offering is around 6-7x more powerful than blood offering in an emergency. |

Thanks for opinions guys!
Not so good at the maths. TokeMcbong a few post before you were speaking about adding a spectre setup in your gear? Did you tried? Your thoughts? Only for guardian bosses and related? Regards! |
|
" I can answer you as well since im playing it atm almost 90 done red elder on hc(7ex eye drop yey me). I dont need any spectres and i got no gem slots left since im using AG and CWDT setups. On elder fight i lost 1 zombie Any option for spectres in my opinion are those monkeys for frenzy charges and than you could leave out necromantic aegis but there is rly no point for this since without it, its better to play Zombiemancer style. I played both version and this one is much more likeable cuz of the skellys ( and i love skellys ^_^) You can check my setups in my profile. And tbh vaal temple map boss was harder. Phase 1 of elder is instant he casted 1 spell. Phase 2 is super easy cuz of zombie AoE. Phase 3 same as 1, instant Zana. Greetings and stay safe. "I am using a single spectre right now to give Proximity Shield. It helps negate a ton of random damage mechanics and has been super helpful overall. Current setup is Raise Zombie 6l Raise Zombie >Multistrike >Melee Physical Damage >Minion Damage >Minion Speed >Concentrated Effect. Skeleton 4l in Helm Vaal Summon Skeleton >Maim >Minion Damage >Melee Physical Damage Shield Charge in weapon Shield Charge >Faster Attacks >Fortify Auras in Shield Vaal Clarity >Purity of Elements >Enlighten Curse/Golem/Offering in gloves(because I got a +2 curse gems gloves, not BiS though.) Enfeeble >Summon Stone Golem >Spirit Offering >Empower Spectre+Desecrate in boots Raise Spectre(Undying Evangelist) >Desecrate >Increased Duration >Spell Cascade This setup should allow you a spectre without any loss of damage or survivablity. I recommend the Undying Evangelist for their Proximity Shield (you take 0 damage from sources coming from outside the shield.) Other options would be Diabolists from Upper Prison to auto-cast enfeeble for you. On a seperate note : Animated guardian isn't needed, but if you can find a way to squeeze it in and you like it, feel free to keep it in your setup. Personally I just don't find it worth the slot and hassle for the small amount of damage it gives. Even more so for this build and it's already overkill dps. |

How are people managing their binds with build? Lot of skills to juggle..
Right now I have... Left Mouse: Move (Can't bind anything else here) Middle Mouse: Shield Charge Right Mount: Summon Skeles Skill 1: Raise Zombie Skill 2: Vaal SS Skill 3: Descecrate Skill 4: Enfeeble Totem Skill 5: Vaal Clarity + auras That leaves me with no binding for Flesh offering once I slot it. Do you just not have Raise Zombie on a hotkey and swap it in when needed? |
|
" Usually, yeah. But I also really recommend using spirit offering rather than flesh. It's much less likely to make your zombies so fast as to miss, and also gives them survivability. |
|
" I'm surprised that more people don't know. You can bind your golem there and press shift to summon, and no shift to move. No clue why golems work so well and others don't, but if you have the stone golem... good spot for it! |
|
" The way I run it is Left Mouse: Move Only (I prefer it here) Middle Mouse: Raise Zombie (Summon Stone Golem, Raise Spectre and Auras here as well, cycle them out in hideout.) Right Mouse: Shield Charge Skill 1: Summon Skeleton Skill 2: Desecrate Skill 3: Spirit Offering Skill 4: Enfeeble Skill 5: Vaal Summon Skeletons I Ignore vaal clarity for the most part, you don't really need it and can run regular clarity if you'd prefer. Aura's should only need to be applied when you change weapon slots or similar. So they get hidden under Zombies. Spectre is the same way so it hides under Zombies unless I need to resummon it, which isn't often. Stone Golem never dies so I also don't find he needs to be on the bars.
