Hey guys, any idea on the most important next upgrades? I was thinking about a Taming or big opal, some Bubonic boots, a +2 corrupted frostferno, maybe swap for a kaom's and see how it feels.
But since I managed to get triple balance for wise oak it feels bad breaking it, so not sure what to look at first.
Currently sitting at triple 80% res and 4388 life.
Alright, ty for explaining further, currently trying to grab Bubonic (got tombfist now). Then going for rings.
I am very unsure when swapping to these 2 what skill gems to remove and what to keep. Any input please?
Also, wich abyss gem should I put in the Bubonic ? Searching? Or 1 of the others I don't have in Tombfist to get the 40% dmg buff, or just go with 2 more Searching ?
Ok, when it comes to tombfists, one murderous, one searching. In my case with combination +45life, two 12% resistances and some damage (fire or cold) to attack (murderous) and to bow (searching). They are rather expensive, so you can make them alone or buy. Same issue with bubonic. Life+resists+some damage, but most important are life, then resists.
Currently in my Delve build I even resign from dmg and use jewel with double 12% resists, +45 life and +16 strength, as preparation to transition to Kaoms armor (from QOTF, which I manage to 6l with 90 fusing, so I use it now, but it is definitely not my final armor). When it comes to gems... use what you like. My combination is immortal call and CWDT in boots and blink arrow + faster attack in gloves, but you are on your own there.
If you like some other buffs (anger, grace, haste), use them instead of faster attack or even drop IC and CWDT and use them instead. But blink arrow is a must imho.
Or you can do another trick - drop Kaom's, obtain 6l loreweawe, put "grace/haste/anger with lvl3/4 enchance and/or lvl3/4 enlighten there, then obtain some nice watchers eye with (for example) +4x fire damage while affected by anger and +14% movespeed while affected by grace and you are... fast and deadly :)
I read through some other Elemental Hit builds and i wonder why we still use Call Of the Brotherhood.
Well ofc i know it converts Lightning -> Cold, but is it really necessary?
We only hit with Fire and other Builds (like Ele Thickk Scion) mention cause of the Jewel nerf it should be such a low + to our damage, that a rare ring with fire damage + wed + hp should be much better.
And have a look at the Elemental Hit Ascendant build maybe.
There is a Gear breakdown which talks about the Call of the Brotherhood "nerf" after the recent Jewel changes.
Can you guys/lads have a look and maybe say your opinions about this?

Before nerfs it was true "damage changer", I tried to replace it with really "uber" opal rings (+75% ele dmg, added fire damage, +accurency) and damage was still about 20% lower then with Call of the Brotherhood. Now it is different story. I'm currently levelling ele hit deadeye in Delve (lvl 78, 6l "tooltip damage" 53k, Frostferno "tooltip damage" 104k) and decidet to throw away COTB and replace it with diamond ring with life, resistances and lvl 12 Assassins Mark on hit. With COTB "tooltip damage" is 55k, without it - 53k. So answer is quite simple. Now, on lvl 78 I can handle T15 alched and chieseled maps without any problems.

You dropped COTB and your Tooltip went from 55k to 2k ?

OMG! Hell no! First I tried to use COTB, 6l tooltip was 55k. Then replaced it with diamond ring with 28% crit chance and 28% ele dmg, tooltip was 54k. WTF? (I said), then replaced diamond with 28% ele dmg for diamond with 22% crit chance, +43 life, some resists and lvl 12 ass. mark on hit, tooltip dropped to 53k, but hey, there is ass. mark, power charges after few shots, so I will definitely not put crappy COTB for barely noticeble damage boost. Besides, any good opal (even without ass mark on hit) will be much better. Tried in standard, COTB went to trash can.
