How much of this stuff is in game now, in 3.5/3.6?... Doing some googling, I can't figure out how the character select partying or the insta-party joining among friends/guilds works... I can't find menu options, and not many people are on since the league starts tomorrow... just trying to optimize for duo play and returning to Character Select to save TP scrolls and running in town.

Im in PS4 and i can't join my friend, i see him in group with me.. But cant play or see him with me in map.. It's a bug? Or how do i join with him?
