No, man, shared loot is where its great at, to hell with personalized drops.
Party self found would be cool
This is just a quality of life change. This in no way promotes party play. Game is designed in a way where its ok to have support role but not really necessary. There is no reward or need to play in team.

This game is just not designed around team play.

So? My friend's and I have just as much fun playing this as we do some other truly co-op dependent game
