" Phase Run supposedly has a 1 second cooldown now so who cares if it gets cancelled if you spam some Skellies. The duration isn't a problem. Phase Run + Increased Duration lasts almost as long as an Alchemist's Quicksilver flask without any frenzy charges or Skill Effect Duration and it lasts over 8 seconds if it consumes 3 frenzies. I tried using Phase Run + QuickSilver + Silver flask for my main mobility in 3.3 because the cast time was reduced. The cast time and 4 second cooldown were the main issues. Now that it's an instant skill with a ~1 second cooldown everyone playing this build should be using it ASAP. Just piano it with your movement flasks. The "80% reduced Visibility to Enemies" is the biggest part of Phase Run. It's so good it can cause Volatiles to completely ignore you as seen here ---> https://youtu.be/osQKWxcDXqM?t=13s Beware, the mine cart speed in the Delve is based on YOUR movement speed. You'll still want to use a mobility skill to travel long distances and to gain Fortify. |

" After reading patch notes, IMHO, they added 1s CD to skills that had no cooldown (i.e. auras, Molten Shell). They mentioned "or less" - which would probably mean instant mines. As for skills that had cooldown already, I highly doubt they decreased it. We will see in a few hours ^^ even with 4s long cooldown, this skill on instant cast is a huge QoL. Edit: Additional question about bases. For +spectres crafting which bases shall I aim for? Int/Dex hybrids? English is not my native. " About the coloring, it does not matter in 4-links. You use vorici to make item 2-slot. Color it using offcolors you need, then make it 3 => 2 => 3 => 2 slot until you got desired colors. After than 4 => 3 => 4 again, until desired slot. Remember to use offcolors at start, leaving in-colors at end, to save jeweler orbs. It does not cost much ^^ English is not my native. Hi, FOURmulaic.
In terms of clearing in the Delve mines, should I stick with the gems you have for clearing or should I swap something out like Faster Projectiles for a straight damage gem as the mobs get stronger? I feel like I may not need the projectile speed with the width and layout of the Delve mines - GMP Solar Guards should cope just fine. Or if I am playing with a friend using the same build, should one of us drop a certain gem or should we just use the same links? |
