PoB already updated the tree and pathing posted by you remained unchanged (we got additional 1 skelly and zombie there though). Also Retribution notable got +10% minion damage and might be worth picking it (it's just 1 point, it's next to current path). As for the rest of the tree it basically do not affect us. We might go right at starting point, but it costs us 3 additional passive points.

As for Warcries, instant Warcry cluster is located next to Marauder starting area (notable instant WC node is 11 points away from current pathing, so I doubt it will be worth picking).

PS: Looks like it is a solid build and I plan working on it in the delve ^^ thanks for a nice guide ^^

If we pick retribution, spirit command is 4 points away. It's total 7,4% dps for cost of 4 points, 19.% dps per point. It's not terrible, but we are already tight in term of points. We could sacrifice 17% increased life on tree, but i'd rather keep it safer than stronger. It does not seem that it lacks dps

I don't think it is, I feel like life is more important on the tree. I don't even feel the minion nodes at start of witch are worth it, might be worth for leveling but respec later. To me Grave Intentions and retribution are the only nodes reachable without sacrificing too much life (You might drop combat stamina cluster to get Spiritual Command cluster if you prefer the extra damage but I feel unless you're 100 or very high 90s its not worth)

hello. Just little question about the victario's shield !
Without necromantic aegis and using ball lightning to proc EE, i got enough "hits" to permanently give my minions 3 frenzy charges, so is not that way better for more defense while still getting frenzys ?

There's max block build and max evasion. With necromatic Aegis you do not have to spam attacks and can focus more on trying to survive ^^ also you do not have to bring Ball Lightning or other multi hit skills, saves up sockets

What about casting Ball Lightning + Necromatic Aegis with Herald of Agony (instead of Haste)?

Haste synergizes with a Watcher's Eye jewel for permanent phasing and/or capping Spell Dodge. You don't want to use Ball Lightning when you could be maintaining Flesh Offering or focusing on position.

You're better off trying a different build if you want to use Herald of Agony. There aren't enough sockets left to properly support Herald of Agony in this build and you need a way to poison monsters to maintain Virulence stacks or the Agony Crawler minion will die.
